Your Career Works is a career and leadership development consultancy focused on helping individuals and teams get clear about who they are and what they want to achieve. I offer training and coaching in the areas of career design, strengths discovery, and communication skills.
ABOUT ERIKA
I have been lucky enough to train and coach thousands of people around the world, ranging from Fortune 100 executives to frontline employees. In my most recent role as part of the Enterprise Learning Delivery Team at United Airlines, I partnered with senior leadership to create and facilitate dynamic training programs, lead career management initiatives and recommend targeted learning solutions for new leaders across the globe.
Prior to joining the team at United, I served as Global Director of Learning and Talent Management at Heidrick & Struggles, a premier provider of executive search, culture shaping and leadership consulting services. I also have experience in higher education and the defense contracting industries, where I learned how to deliver feedback in a hard hat and steel-toed boots. I am a certified "Design Your Life" coach and hold a master's degree in Career Management from Canterbury Christ Church University (UK).
When I'm not working, you can find me wrestling with the dog or taking photos of my favorite foods. My style is warm, empathic, and sometimes goofy. But don't let that fool you into thinking that I won't tackle the tough stuff. I believe we each have the power to design (and redesign) our lives as often as we want, and that we have the answers within us to do just that. I would be honored to help you unlock them.
